Swadeshi Sanchaar Policy
- Thank you for choosing SWADESHI SANCHAAR for your upcoming travel experience! Please review our policies and terms before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.
- Booking Process
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been made.
- Reservation Details: Please ensure all details (names, dates, destinations, etc.) are correct before confirming your booking.
- Deposit Requirement: A 60 % deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 5 days before the trip starts.
- Booking Modifications: Any changes to the original booking must be made at least 15 days before the trip. Additional fees may apply.
- Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit card ,Bank transfer, UPI , Cash.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days before the travel date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Currency & Exchange Rates: Payments are accepted in INR. If you’re traveling abroad, exchange rate fluctuations may impact the final amount charged.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer
- Domestic Tours
- 15 days or more before departure: 80% refund (20% retained as processing fee)
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- International Tours
- 30 days or more before departure: 75% refund
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 40% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- Note: Flight/train bookings are subject to airline/railway cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Swadeshi Sanchar
- If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum group size not met, weather, etc.), you will receive:
- Full refund, or
- Option to reschedule or shift to another trip
- Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show or failure to join the tour
- Incomplete travel due to personal reasons
- Visas refused (for international tours)
- Services confirmed on non-refundable terms (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
- Trip Rescheduling
- You may request to shift your booking to another date:
- Once without penalty, if done 15+ days in advance
- Later reschedules will incur a 10–20% change fee, subject to availability
- How to Cancel
- To initiate a cancellation, email us at swadeshisanchaar@gmail.com or call 9008230333 with your Booking ID and full details.
- Travel Insurance
- Insurance Requirement: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, injury, or travel disruptions.
- Liability: SWADESHI SANCHAAR is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from travel cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions.
- Travel Documentation
- Passports & Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations) required for your trip.
- Travel Documentation Review: We recommend reviewing the validity of your passport and any entry requirements for your destination at least 3 weeks before departure.
- Itinerary Changes & Delays
- Unforeseen Changes: While we do our best to adhere to the original itinerary, changes may occur due to factors such as weather, local events, or transportation issues. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
- Delays: In the case of delays (flights, tours, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate and inform you. However, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred.
- Health and Safety
- Travel Advisories: We recommend checking your government's travel advisories for the most up-to-date information on your destination.
- Health Requirements: Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or health documentation. It is your responsibility to comply with these health requirements.
- Safety Measures: Please follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided during your trip, especially in areas with heightened risks.
- Behavior and Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: We expect all travelers to treat our staff, local guides, and fellow travelers with respect and courtesy.
- Local Laws and Customs: It is your responsibility to be aware of local laws and cultural norms at your destination.
- Alcohol/Drug Use: Alcohol consumption and drug use is strictly prohibited, and penalties may be severe in some countries.
- Liability and Disclaimer
- Liability: Swadeshi Sanchaar is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the trip, except where required by law.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).
- Exclusions: We are not liable for any loss of enjoyment or inconvenience caused by events not directly under our control.
